A valid driver’s license for all named drivers, valid for a minimum of 12 months. Driver’s licenses printed in non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Chinese, Cyrillic, etc.) must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit. Any driver’s license originating from countries not part of the international driver’s license treaty must also be accompanied by an official translation. A valid ID card or passport might also be required at time of pick up, please refer to our Rental Information page to see the exact requirements for the country your rental will take place in.

If you gave the rental company your flight number when you booked, they should monitor your flight and be able to hold your car for you during a short delay. If you find out your flight is delayed before take-off, call the rental company to let them know what time you’ll be arriving and discuss your options with them.
Simply not showing up at your pick-up time means you’ll find the contact number in your booking confirmation which should have been emailed to you. If you let the rental company know you’re running late they may be able to hold your car back until you arrive, but this will be up to the manager.
